Since 2017, Mr Camille Bourgeon has been working in the Marine Environment Division of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). In his role, he assists intergovernmental negotiations on the development of the global regulatory framework and policies for international shipping on clean air and climate action.
Before joining IMO, he performed operational management duties in the French Maritime Affairs Directorate, dealing with safety of navigation, search and rescue, and prevention of pollution from shipping activities.
After his Masters degree from Sciences-po Lille he studied Maritime Affairs at the École d'administration des affaires maritimes (EAAM).
